Investigative Psychology: Professor David Canter

Forensic Psychology



David Canter is the director of the International Centre for Investigative Psychology and professor of psychology at the University of Liverpool. In 1994 he established the MSc in investigative psychology which was the first degree course in the world to incorporate the study of criminal profiling as part of a broad examination into the ways in which psychology can be employed within criminal investigations.
